Step 8. Submit request.

Effective immediately, the HP Trade In Trade Up Program will not be available on
HP Color, Mono and Multifunction LaserJet Printers in Australia. This program is
now officially closed.

to the result of a technical inspection of the returned products. Products must
be in good working condition and cosmetically sound.
